The location is particularly good and fab with public parking available nearby.

The rooms were well-equipped, included climate control and blackout curtains, I greatly enjoyed it. The location in a safe area was best possible and simply perfect. The property was near the train station.  

I was here for 2 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant for breakfast. The staff were accommodating and superfriendly and the location was amazing in the vibrant Rossio square.

The location was amazing, genuinely friendly and smart staff in the reception desk. Also, it was close to Rossio Square and other touristic attractions. The room was comfortable quiet, soundproof and included a Nespresso machine, 

Generally, the place was perfect and had genuinely friendly and efficient staff with exceptional service and very friendly and dedicated staff. The breakfast was delicious and included. Perfect and good location 

This is a wonderful and pleasant hotel in an absolutely lovely building. It has marvellous location to see Chiado. Set in 10 minutes' walk to the heart of the city, and the employee are amazingly nice. The atmosphere of the venue is elegant.  

The location was great and lovely, right across from the train station, with a great view. The delicious and absolutely superb breakfast had variety of meals and the food I tasted was fine.

Some of the staff were not polite.

Well-appointed and brand-new rooms on the balcony, superb breakfast. Perfect and magnificent location just next door to 'old' Lisbon, landmarks and restaurants and a local restaurant. Besides, excellent for visiting Rossio Square.  

The location was best possible and perfectly comfortable as it was near the train station. I was surprised at nearby Fabrica da Nata, they had some goodies, drinks. Got the same well-equipped room with a balcony booked online, really 

We thoroughly enjoyed the room, incredible food.

The hotel was in the very central setting at the center of everything. We were in modest superior room.

The breakfast offers a good choice of breads, cereal, fruit, and eggs. The location is simply perfect and perfectly comfortable, it's so close to most tourist sights, transportation & great shopping.  

Marvellous location - minutes from Chiado. Set right at a train station in the new area. Great pool onsite, recently renovated and good sized room with extra space, a balcony plus the same view as the bar.
